I got a text message about a document being available to view, I can guess it’s a yearly statement for the phone, but I can’t find it anywhere.

I cannot remember receiving a years statement. Are you a business customer.

What does the text say exactly and is there a link.

Usually a text like that will relate to to your Flex Pay agreement, probably the annual statement as you say and if you login to the EE website there should be a My Documents section available to view it. If you go to Manage> Mobile and SIMs and scroll down do you see a Documents section?
