Why us EE telling me that my bill is overdue when it isn't due to be paid until Aug 28

Have you received an email or text message advising the bill is overdue?

If you log into your EE app, not using a link that may have been sent to you via an email or text message. Then select Manage and Billing, does this show the bill as paid?

If so and you have had an email or text, this may have been a scam, please see the Avoid Scams page for advice and tips to stay safe.
