I have just signed a new sim contract. Just noticed a 2.50 in crease in march. Not explained to me.Assumed it would RPI. Is this standard.?

@Cr50 : Fixed, £ & p, annual price increases for new contracts replaced those based on RPI last year - see About Annual Price Changes .It would have been mentioned somewhere in your ordering journey, e.g. online:

Ordered a new phone by phone. Was advised to update other sim contracts as all out of contract. Was not told about new £2.50 increase pa.

When you completed your upgrade over the phone, were you sent a link to confirm some terms via a screen sharing session?

Normally any annual price increases will be included here, and this will need to be confirmed before any sale is completed.

Received the info on mobile phone where screen is small. Must have missed it. However is the EE guide not required to draw attention to significant changes?

What are "changes"? This was a new contract. Everything was new.

What is "significant"? That could be subjective. Everything counts in the end.

Always better to order these things online. Then you can see everything & even take screenshots of what you consider significant if you like.
