What is mean by CS? I was with one your customer service team for 40 minutes and they said finally you need to contact here?

CS = Customer Service. This user discussion group bills nobody. You've been misdirected here to get a bill.

Because they can't generate the bill it was not working with them thats why they redirected me here

Well, then they were being stupid! We here have nowt to do with billing or anything to do with users' specific a/c's. That what CS is for. We can only offer you help & advice, not fix EE systems.
