&lt;P&gt;It sounds like the payment you tried to make hasn't completed successfully with us, so there's a good chance this is currently pending with your bank.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll be best speaking to your bank directly about this, and they should be able to advise you of their timescales.&lt;/P&gt;
