      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks but I have obviously raised a complaint, 2 in fact and have spent 3 hours and 8 minutes in total on the phone and spoke with numerous advisors, who promise to resolve and Dont do it so I want to escalate further, it is too soon to raise with the ombudsman yet apparently! &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
