On my recent bill there was charges for 3rd party companies added but the charges shouldn’t be added to be bill as they aren’t related to ee they are apple products I’ve already paid for once out of my bank account so why have I had them added to my phone bill and had to pay a second time

If you have Apple Store charges showing on the bill, you can find some details in the Charge to Bill through Apple? page and information on how to query the charges with Apple.
