      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not sure whether you're querying why your bill is higher than you'd expect... in which case the next question is to ask whether there's any specific item on your bill breakdown you're unsure about?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Or is there another question about your bill? Do you believe there's an overcharge or something else?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
