      <description>&lt;P&gt;I knew I should have left EE when BT got involved, Have a charge which I can not work out what for, no way of finding it on the website and typical BT ***** you attitude. why can we not talk to anyone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no way they are top supplliers now, I will be moving once contract is up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
