I have received a letter from you and urgently need to contact you but every number provided by you is unobtainable' whats going on????

Seems the local EE shop has closed down too whats going

@Chris_B , @Linney1 , I have read that all networks are having the same problem, it appears to be a major outage, EE are trying to their problem out as a matter of urgency, although I managed to make a call to a landline this evening where my disabled daughter is, so hopefully it will be resolved soon.

Thanks I had a letter this morning from them about my direct debit. I have
changed my bank details in April but yet they took it last month so why not
this month. Said to contact them immediately. Thats a laugh to start with.
Plus looks like the lical EE shop is permanently closed.
