    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes thought that, but £48 to me and £31 to to new customers !! its a joke. They will offer me £31 if I take a 4th line out but seeing as one of the inclusive options i was after is £18.99 a month, I can go direct to the inclusive company and pay the £18.99 (£1.99 more) but in no contract.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will ring them tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 3 lines (Sim only) all in contract, I want to upgrade one of them which they say is fine but the they have offered it £17 more than on the website FULL WORKS sim only (£48 but to joe bloggs it is £31.) why do they do this ? it winds me up so much.&amp;nbsp; The plan that I want to upgrade is currently £17 a month&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Is the line out of contract and what is the non-discounted price of the line in question? Upgrades have to be equal or higher than the non-discounted price on an in-contract line.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It shows at £31 for me on an out-of-contract line, so there must be something blocking you from accessing it at that price.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
