£21 Essential Plan but paying £27.58 for it.

I am on EE’s £21 Essential Plan but it costs me £27.58 every month.

There is no extra charges at all, so I can’t understand why it costs as much as it does.

Any help would be appreciated.

When did you take the plan out?

Can you post an anonymised screenshot of the page of your bill where this is shown?

@GrandadAl , have you checked and downloaded the bill to make sure that nothing else is added to your bill?
