I have seen other comments about this but I also cannot download a June bill from the website...it's clearly not a cookies or browser issue...please help

It's now July and this is still not fixed seemingly???/

I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue downloading your bill from the website. What happens when you try to download your invoice?

Do you see an error message?

Are you able to access and download your bill through the app?

I can't download my bill from June either? What is going on?

What happens when you try to download your bill?

Are you getting an error message? if yes, what does this say?

Hi, I am also having this issue, this is for the July and the June bills, no error message, it just doesn't happen when clicking on the download button

tried on different browsers as well

Have you tried access your bills in the EE app?

If you are still unable to access these I would recommend getting in touch.
