30 day rolling sim

Hi,

I changed my contract yesterday to a 30 day rolling sim.
I was told that it would be £10.50 or £18.50 a month, I’ve checked on my account at it is showing £43.50 this is a lot more than I was previously paying. Can this be checked out please.

Welcome to the community.

When you look at the plan, it would show the full price of the package before any discounts are added. If you look in the add-ons section, does it show any discounts?

If not, I'd recommend speaking to our billing guides as @Matt_124 mentioned so they can check the pricing on your account.
