VAT receipt needed for iPhone purchased in store

I’m a Limited Company and went through the business sales specialist to then buy a phone in store but they say they cannot print a VAT receipt and I need one for my Accountant VAT return. How can this get resolved?

@JWQ : You can only get a VAT invoice if you are a business cust. of EE, not a consumer; NM what specialist you spoke to.

Then you should be able to d/load your bill from your EE a/c under Bills & Payments As a VAT invoice.
