@sarahredmond08 : Try using Fast Payment online to pay by another or replacement UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

If you don't have access to another card while you are waiting for your replacement, you can also make a payment by bank transfer.
