&lt;P&gt;Just to add to the advice provided, you can find full ways to make a payment in the &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/billing-payments/payment-methods/pay-your-mobile-or-broadband-bill" target="_blank"&gt;Pay Your Mobile or Broadband Bill&lt;/A&gt;, if the app is unavailable at the time you try to pay the bill.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/43656"&gt;@bristolian&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; &amp;nbsp;has suggested, setting up a direct debit for a date that suits you would help with late payment charges and make sure the bill amount is taken each month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
