Unable to change Direct Debit Card

Hi,

I'm trying to change the card for my direct debit payment. But the button for changing direct debit details is grey and I'm unable to change the information. I can see there's a button to change the date, but I only want to change the payment card.

You don't use any payment card for a DD; you use your bank details. I know they are connected but they are not the same. So try putting your bank details in.

Currently having same issue- button is greyed out . Did you manage to solve it?

When does your direct debit normally get taken? It's possible if its too close to your bill date it won't allow any changes.
