    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4816113"&gt;@RakX&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; your contract at the minimum term date changed to 30 day rolling contract until you give notice to terminate or port &amp;nbsp;your number to a different network. &amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;I’ll hazard a guess that you didn’t do ether and just started a new contract with a different network and have a different number now. &amp;nbsp;You need to call EE customer support and give 30 days notice of termination.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>No i was with BT that changed to EE i had broadband with them.When i&lt;BR /&gt;changed providers EE sent email saying sorry ur leaving then another saying&lt;BR /&gt;to return equipment n that it has now ended</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You mean you ordered from another ISP, doing it thro' uSwirch website but you never actually cancelled with EE? Hence your contract with EE is still live &amp;amp; therefore you are still being charged monthly by EE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
