&lt;P&gt;Do you currently have a pay monthly contract or pay as you go SIM with us?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Typically pay as you go credit cannot be refunded, but on a contract it can be if the account is in credit after the bill is created.&lt;/P&gt;
