    <description>&lt;P&gt;There's a few reasons why phones either have call restrictions applied or get suspended from network service, but ultimately this will need someone with access to your individual account to advise further.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;EE-CS have that access. Either on 150 from a working EE phone, or 07953 966150 from any other phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
