&lt;P&gt;I had that this morning, but shortly afterwards it worked, have you been able to access your bill since? it should be available now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The bill section hasn't been working on either the app or logging in through search for ages, my bills are always higher than expected and I am unable to see why.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4809805"&gt;@LJmcellone73&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Are you able to log in successfully?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Although you've mentioned the problem occurs on both app and website, can you clear your browser cookies and cache and try the website again?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you're still having trouble loading the bills I recommend calling Customer Service on 150 where a guide can check your online access is working correctly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;They'll also be able to have a look through your bill details to let you know what, if any, additional charges you have.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ali&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
