    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am having awful difficulties with billing ever since I was advised to combine my BT Broadband account with my EE mobile account. Anyone else suffering?&amp;nbsp; Calling them is a nightmare because the problem is very complex, and during the call, it drops off. |This has happened many times. When I call back, l get another person. I am tired of spending my precious time rehashing the problem, which never gets solved. The trouble is, it's about a £300 bill which I dispute. I've got pains in my stomach due to the stress.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi &lt;SPAN style="background: var(--ck-color-mention-background); color: var(--ck-color-mention-text);"&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4801613"&gt;@jaydo&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Have you transferred over to EE Broadband or do you still have BT Broadband?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;At the moment it's not possible to view a BT Broadband through an EE mobile online account access- they would need to be separate logins.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;In the mean time, have you spoken to the billing team about the reason for your unexpected bill?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Ali&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
