&lt;P&gt;Can you please tell us a bit more about what you mean when you say there's 'no conclusion' when you've been seeking a resolution for this issue?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You mentioned managers agreeing to reduce the bill, so where do things seem to be falling down with this?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Customer service complaints</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I wanted to pay my bill beginning of month,&amp;nbsp; saw it had been increased from £94 to £169. In short I've telephoned 8 times to sort it, on 4 occasions managers authorised the reduction.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After an hour on phone yesterday still no conclusion even though a complaint was raised 3 telephone calls ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm at a loss what to do. I've never known wanting to pay a bill but can't!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
