&lt;P&gt;I know how important it is to be able to check your bill.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;What is happening when you try to view it? Do you see an error message?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Have you tried to view the bill on the EE app?&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;On your browser, can you try to clear the cookies and cache, and if possible, try another browser or device?&lt;/P&gt;
