&lt;P&gt;If you have the EE app, you can connect with one of our guides by selecting the 'Message Us' option in the help section of the EE App.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You should be able to make payments via the app too, but if you have any trouble with this you can also use our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/bills-payments/mobile/fast-payment" target="_blank"&gt;anonymous payment link&lt;/A&gt; to make a payment towards any EE account / number.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hi, I’m currently abroad and can’t make calls or send texts to contact EE. My usual payment card was suddenly removed from my account, and I can’t add it back. I’ve never had billing issues before. Is there any way to contact support from abroad without calling? Thanks!&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
