topic Contract Change in Contracts & Billing

Hi there my bill went up and i am nearly paying £120 a month for tv and broadband, it shows on the EE website that you are subject to a extra increase each April which is always stated however now in the small print it says there will also be a 5% charge to tv contracts aswell and addons online if you place a order, however my original contract i am sure never stated this in my original contract when i signed up and i am struggling to find it as i had it downloaded, i have put in a request to send me a copy, however if this 5% tv and addons package has been added to my bill when it is not in my original contract, can i leave penalty free as that would be a break in what was agreed?

I am finding the bill too expensive when i am now looking at just getting broadband only as its less than £30 on the same speed using the same fiber pole.

Hi @Johngking

You'll be able to see any of our terms and conditions here on the EE Website. These include any price increases. We'll contact you to let you know about any increase to your plans specifically. If you'd like us to take a look into your account, I recommend speaking with our Customer Support team.

Thanks
