&lt;P&gt;Could you please let us know a bit more about what sort of plan you took out here, and what service it was you were being charged extra for?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Also when you changed providers, did you specifically contact us to request cancellation?&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>Cancel contract. Very disappointing</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good afternoon , I do not understand how the EE service works, especially what the functionality of the brunch &amp;nbsp;is. The situation is this: since January, an additional service has been added and this doubles. I came to the EE office twice, they turned it off for me, but this additional service is again in my bill for payment. Also, the contract ended in May and I went to another mobile operator, but I received an invoice for payment again. I had a debt, I paid it, otherwise without this I could not have switched to another operator, but now I am receiving a notification about the debt again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
