This is finance on your phone not your tariff contract.

Hi @Northerner

I believe that link is for individual products purchased using the EE Finance payment method through Glow, for things such as Consumer Electronics from the EE Shop through an EE ID, but is not applicable to Flex Pay device credit agreements.

For a Flex Pay balance, this may be able to be seen in the Bills and Payments section in the EE App or by getting in touch with Customer Services on 150.
