If you'd like to make a payment towards your device, you should be able to do this through your main online account/EE app in the Your Flex Pay section> Make a payment.
If the option isn't showing for you or you don't have access, please call our team directly so they can help.

@Neil3030 If this is for a device payment then you need to call customer support in order to do this.
