Bill discount is not applied to bill total at the end

hi can anyone help, why is the bill total not including the discount ? I'm still being charged the £24 that should be discounted

here is the bill below

Thanks for coming to the community.

From what you have put above, the discount is showing, but something doesn't quite add up with the totals shown.

We don't have access to your account here, so I would recommend giving our billing guides a call so they can bring up the bill and account and see exactly what has been charged.
