It's just listed as an addon. No description. I'm pretty sure that it's a charge I was promised would not be made when I registered for roamimg-which failed to connect. I dealt with this twice through EE Complaints a month ago.Seems I was promised one thing and just got charged anyway.

I've now spoken via 150 and promised a credit in June. As I thought , after two upheld complaints the charges were still not cancelled after being told they were. We'll see if the credit arrives.

This is breathtakingly poor service from EE.

If EE are going to charge for Roaming then at least one should expect it to work seamlessly, and when charges are cancelled- they should be. It's really not good enough.

I've been overcharged on my bill.

There seems to ne no way to contact EE to correct this.

Should I go straight to the Regulator or does anyone no an email address or direct phone number for billing at EE

@DickJ1 , charges are done once you get to a roaming country and get a welcome message and you then decide to add it, otherwise there will be no roaming charges, from my understanding.

You may want to take a look here how it works:

https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/Roaming/Roaming-refresh/td-p/1480939

Not sure how you could have roaming charges otherwise.

Hi @DickJ1

You may find it clearer to have look at the PDF of the bill. You can also share a screen shot of it here.
Please blank out any personal information first (mobile number etc). You can view the PDF of the bill through the EE app or on our website.

Have a look at View Your EE Bill for more details on how to do this.

Ali
