Paying in instalments

My phone bill is very high , I phoned to Africa and didn’t know about the charges until the bill came .I cannot pay the bill at once ,is it possible that I pay it in instalments

If you're having difficulty paying your bill on time you need to contact CS urgently to come to a repayment arrangement - see Help if you can't pay your bill

@Mmatimba Any call to an overseas number is an international call your call allowance doesn’t cover these calls so you get charged for making that call.

Your call allowance over covers UK numbers that are not premium rate numbers.
