hi iv lost my phone how do i claim it wont let me use the insurance claim option on my ee account

Sorry to read you have lost the phone, done it myself a few times!

To get the phone and SIM blocked and an insurance claim opened, please call us from any other phone on 07953 966 150, and the team will be happy to help.

i haven't lost my phone, i need it repaired. The website doesn't make it very clear what to do
