Why has EE Billed me twice in one month?

I have been charged twice for my broadband on 22 and the 30th April? They are exactly the same amount?

I cannot call EE, as seems to be the only option, how do I get in contact via EE or other online ways to get this rectified?

When did you join EE. You are normally charged for that month and a month in advance.
