      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I phoned EE on the 18th of September to cancel my contract early. I was told I would be charged on the 18th of October for my final bill. My direct debit is correct and the bill hasn’t been taken. I can’t see my final bill online. any help?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Has your final bill been taken since you posted this? I can see that you posted shortly after midnight, so the direct debit may not have been taken by then.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;I want to make sure that you get some clarity about what's happening with your bill, so I'd recommend giving our billing team a call so that a billing guide can take a look into your account.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;To speak to our billing team, you'd just need to call 150 from your EE phone, then select options 1, 2, then 1 again.&lt;/P&gt;
