      <description>&lt;P&gt;A bit more context might be useful here - specifically, what do you mean by "when I switched to a contract I don't know why"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I'm guessing - please correct me if wrong - that you previously had a myEE online login from when you were on PAYG, but you since moved to pay-monthly with the same number? And you've not been able to access your online account since.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c &amp;amp; then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. &amp;amp; email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
