I have redeemed airtime £20 on 3.4.25 I haven’t seen it come off my phone bill yet how long does it take to come off a phone bill?

Thanks for coming to the community.

If you redeem your balance on Airtime Rewards, it would usually be deducted from the next bill to be created.

What date are your bills produced?

@Niamh2001 If you’ve been billed that bill can not be amended because you applied the airtime rewards. The bill has been issued. You need to have the airtime rewards payment on your EE account before you get issued the bill, so in this case this £20 will be used towards your next issued bill.
