      <title>EE back office is a joke</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Why is it impossible to get any sort of information on this EE back office?!&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;who are they? Why does my case have to go them? Why don’t I even have the slightest timeframe on how long I have to wait? I can’t even get a straight answer for their working hours?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have no phone and no idea when I will get a new one. Just making a terrible situation worse&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;why do we even pay for insurance ?!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
