When you mention roaming charges, do you mean actual call/text charges? Or for roaming bundle add-ons?

I have checked my bill and my apple music subscription and life 360 subscription charge is showing as extra charges on my bill but also on my Children's contracts, also roaming charges are on their bills when they weren't abroad with us. Any ideas?

You should be able to do this via the EE App or website by clicking on each account and setting the restrictions by clicking on parental control.

£2.59 is the daily charge for using any of your UK allowances within the EU-zone.

In practice this means making or receiving any calls, sending any texts or using any mobile data.

Hi @simondaniel1.

This definitely shouldn't be possible, as like @bristolian mentioned these charges should only kick in if usage is detected from the SIM in question.

Is it multiple days per number billed here, or is it just a one-off?

Also when you landed were you prompted to purchase anything?
Peter
