Hi , we have contacted EE as they say we signed up to a 36 month contract, they are saying they only keep phone transcripts for 12 months ? so can't prove we have a 36 month contract ? is that correct ? they can send us a copy of the contract but that doesn't prove anything as it was done over the phone...thanks everyone Janet

@Damitjanet it’s listed on your account when you took this out.
Was this via a mobile phone when you called customer support? if it was you had a screen share and everything would’ve been listed there for you to read.

Thanks Chris , EE agreed to new contract and new phone for 24 months , they still insist he signed for 3 years which he wouldn't have done as phones don't last that long with workmen 😊 thanks for your help ,
