&lt;P&gt;Hi , we have contacted EE as they say we signed up to a 36 month contract, they are saying they only keep phone transcripts for 12 months ? so can't prove we have a 36 month contract ? is that correct ? they can send us a copy of the contract but that doesn't prove anything as it was done over the phone...thanks everyone&amp;nbsp; Janet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
