If you genuinely had no data allowance remaining, you wouldn't be able to use mobile data. Can you?

If you're still concerned in the morning, EE-CS on 150 should be your next port of call.

Hi, all the lines on my account have received the below message. Each line is showing that the full amount data usage has been used which isn’t the case and all lines will reset on the 24th may.

Hi from EE. Heads up - we've noticed your phone usage is higher than usual. If this continues, you might not be able to make calls or send texts. Please visit ee.co.uk/go/login or call 150 to check your balance or make a payment. Thanks.

Verify your data usage by texting BALANCE to 150 - what's the result? If today, 24th, is your billing date, then some refresh gremlins may be at work.

EE-CS on 150, as advised in the text message, have access to your individual account and can advise further.
