Flexi Plan contract

Hello. I am on a flexiplan for my Samsung S25 and contract payment is on Direct Debit but how do I pay the device payment? I've looked on the EE app but can't see how to make the payment!

Hope someone can help as don't want a mark on my credit score for non-payment.

The finance repayment & airtime plans both have separate direct debit payments but should both have been setup at the point of purchase.

They would often come separately, from the same account.

Welcome to the community.

As @bristolian has mentioned, your airtime plan and device payment will appear on a separate bill and will be paid for via separate direct debits.

Only signed one DD which the advisor said was for the Flexi plan, nothing was said about the device payments! The only plan i can see on the EE app is the Flexi, there is nothing to say how much I owe on the device. Sent from my Galaxy

When you look in the app, how much does it say this is for and what's the name of the plan?

Got the device the same day I upgraded. I will give EE a ring tomorrow and see what is happening.Sent from my Galaxy
