Cancelling an order for EE sim

I need to cancel an order on my account as for some reason the order went onto a family members sim instead of the main sim making the cost of my mobile bill double!

I am unable to discuss over the phone and need this sorting asap before any money is taken or a new DD is put in place.

@Chris0580 Your only option is to call customer support as it’s the quickest way to get this resolved.
