Changing direct debit

Think someone should finally point this out cause it’s seriously starting to annoy me, ee says if you want to change your direct debit you need to click the top right button and press options that aren’t even there….

as you can see there’s no option whatsoever for neither broadband or direct debit.

now here I’ve pressed the “middle button” for accessing the bills and payments unlike the top right that we falsely states. And even at that I still have no option for changing a direct debit.

I wonder how many people have ruined there credit history due to ee not updating there help forms after app updates.

Can I just check you are doing this on your desktop browser as detailed in your screenshot?

I’ve tried both desktop and mobile versions. Laptop mobile even went the extra mile to use the desktop version on my mobile and nothing.

At the end on the day the only real solution is to phone Ee and do it it that way but needless to say that shouldn’t have to be the only solution especially from the “best network provider in the uk” including the most expensive.

@Morrison55 You definitely should be able to change your direct debit account via the website. Once you click Bills and Payments and are on the billing page, you should see a summary of your last bill.

But then if you scroll to the bottom of the page, under Your Account there should be 4 boxes, Make a payment, Payment history, Manage Direct Debit and Get more add-ons. Then obviously Manage Direct Debit is the one for changing your Direct Debit details.

Do you have this option if you double check the Billing and Payments section of the website? If not what can you see there?
