I ordered my iPhone 18 pro max glacier it’s been 4 days no update on delivery and called ee customer support and they said to just wait for the sim

I have as they cancelled the initial order then spoke to the chat service and got a new order in and I’ve called them and they saying to wait for the sim because they can’t see anything but I paid the deposit on the second order and all I can see it saying is your order is in hand waiting to be dispatched and it was reordered last Friday

@Marta901 Glacier white 256 gig says usually dispatched in three days.
512Gb is usually dispatch in 7 days

1024Gb is usually dispatched in 21 days

2048 is usually dispatched in 14 days

the word usually doesn’t mean it will be. It’s all on the website if you look.
