I ordered for iPhone 18 pro yesterday at 14:30 because I can’t wait for 28 days for iPhone 18 pro max. My account has been debited and I didn’t receive any mail confirming my order. Called customer care and they are telling me they can’t see any payment on my account. I really wanted the phone before Friday because my birthday is October 23rd, now my birthday is ruined 😠.
(Note: I was given a discount of 20 quid)

If you were paying that much you should have just purchased from Apple directly.

I did consider that but I thought EE will be faster, I didn’t know this was going to happen. As stated earlier I wanted iPhone 18 pro max but was told it will take 28 days or more to arrive and that was the reason why I opt in for iPhone 18 pro because I was told it will just take just three working days.

I have checked and there is nothing there. I called team when I made the purchase, the first person said it’s being processed so I should wait for 24 hours which I did and nothing happened. I gave them a call again and the second person told me they can’t see any payment holiday nor order on my account.

When was the last time you contacted our team @Jophace?

We have no account access here on the community so unable to chase this.

Please mention to the team that this was purchased out right, they would then need to speak with our electronics department.
