I ordered the burgundy pro max 256 on the 28th September. It said at the time dispatched within 28days, tracking has updated every day with the day going down. Yesterday said usually dispatched within 1 day, today it has said sorry it’s delayed but no timescale.
I understand there’s a back log of orders but does anyone have an idea of timeframe from now?

It most definitely said WITHIN 28 days and it most definitely gave me daily estimates of dispatch time with the day reducing each day.

Got exactly the same issue. ordered on 26/09. with a dispatch date within 21 days. Had a countdown going down from 21 days on the EE App whilst also receiving an email from EE saying my order was on track when there was 2 days left.

On the day to expect the phone I received an email saying the phone is delayed with no other tracking information.

Thinking of just cancelling and getting the phone from Apple now to be honest as it is back in stock.

Sorry to hear this. If I’m honest I feel the same especially with some of the responses to this thread from customer service representatives!!!

if it’s any consolation, I did call customer service (after getting poor response on here) on 150 and they said when people are seeing tracking delays it’s only been around a few days to a week. Although they couldn’t give a specific time frame. Give them a ring with your order date and see what they say 🙂
