Hi @Alelndn

Welcome to our community.

Have you had an email confirmation since you placed your order?

The phone will be on back order, awaiting stock to fulfil it, so it isn't unusual to not have a date yet. As soon as the phone comes into stock, you will get an update about delivery.

If you can let me know the storage version you ordered, I can check how long of a wait it is expected to be.

Hello
Thank you for your reply.
iPhone 18 Pro max 512GB burgundy.
I guess this model is the most requested.

Thanks @Alelndn

You're right, that's a very popular model and currently it's estimated to be delivered in more than 28 days, so it may still be a while before you get an update.

If you've had a confirmation, rest assured your place in line is secure and we will be in touch as soon as there's a delivery date for you.
