I ordered a Iphone 18 Pro Max 256GB in Burgundy on the 25th September and it has still not been dispatched.

Do you know an estimated dispatch date for this phone?

Check EE order tracking: https://ee.co.uk/orders/track-your-order

If order tracking does not work then speak to EE CS on 150.

Apple own site says 1-2 weeks and they will be prioritised.

At the moment, the estimated delivery guidance for new orders of the iPhone 18 Pro Max 256GB in Burgundy is "expect dispatch in more than 28 days".

Orders are fulfilled in date order, so the oldest orders are processed first. Once your device is ready for delivery, the courier will contact you with a delivery window, usually the evening before and again on the day of delivery.

Hopefully, you won't be waiting too much longer. Keep an eye on your order updates, and let us know if you have any other questions.

Just for everyone out there I ordered exactly the same on the 15th September. Been waiting almost a month, this morning I got I text saying my phone had been returned when I had received it from EE. It got delivered to the store which I asked for, the app on EE and Dpd said it was still waiting for dispatch. So no phone and now the discount out got is no longer valid when reordering another handset. Absolutely disgusting,
